Meet BMAC

 Mark started his journey within the Strata industry back in 2002 on the Gold Coast, working for 3 different Body Corporate schemes and undertaking the caretakers role of pool and property maintenance.  Mark & his wife were headhunted to be Onsite Managers for a short term letting complex in Surfer Paradise, with over 100+lots and vast common property assets.  Mark & his family purchased their own Caretaking & Letting Agreements in Spring Hill Brisbane, where they stayed for over 11 years.

After selling the family run Management Rights, Mark was approached for the General Manager position of a Facility Management Company.  Mark stayed in this role for a period of close to 5 years.  Within this role Mark strengthened his knowledge of Facilities Management, Safety & Compliance, Condition Reports, Sinking Fund Forecasts and Building Insurance Valuations.  In Mark's tender he facilitated a large portfolio of clients assisting and guiding them through the legislation changes relating to QBCC Combustible Cladding Checklist and the regulations around household Smoke Alarm legislation.

  With over 20 years experience it all areas of the Strata Industry, Mark has a extensive knowledge of Lot Owners responsibilities & Bodies Corporate.
